Hannah Partridge

Hannah has been part of the Abbeyfield Bristol & Keynsham family for over 11 years!

Her journey began right here at Abbeyfield House, Henleaze, providing support to our residents as a night and weekend support worker. However, it wasn’t long before her dedication led her to a role at central office where she became the main point of contact for all new residency enquiries and lettings—a position she held for 10 years.

During that time, Hannah supported countless prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the process and helping them understand the many benefits of life in an Abbeyfield house.

Now, with her children having finished school and starting to forge their own paths, Hannah felt ready to take on a new and exciting challenge. When the opportunity to return to Abbeyfield House, Henleaze as House Manager arose, she knew it was the perfect next step. 

Having spent years working alongside House Managers in a supportive, advisory capacity, Hannah is thrilled to now take on the role herself. She is especially passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel heard, supported, and truly at home.
