How’s this for a bit of motivation?
Some of our residents taking part in this week’s exercise class with team member Kerryanne.

Residents across all our houses are active, agile, and make the most of the space in the houses, as well as their local communities.

Most are out and about for daily walks or trips to the shops, but it doesn’t harm at all to top up any exercise you do with some additional fitness. This can include seated exercise which is low impact and can help older people in lots of ways. Thanks to Kerranne for running this weekly class, which is well attended and loads of fun!
